Whitney Port has always been my #1 girl from The Hills and The City but long gone are her starter apartment days. Tour her crazy beautiful screening room revamped by Homepolish guru Orlando Soria with Joss & Main plus images by Tessa Neustadt and prepare to start infusing every inch of your home with beachy boho goodness. Psst... you can find it all at Whitney's Joss & Main sale happening now.

How would you describe the style of your home? Tell me a little about its location and if/how that’s influenced the way you’ve decorated it.

My home is referred to as an "artists work/live loft space" in Venice. It has an industrial feel with the high ceilings, cement floors and wire railings but since it is by the beach we wanted to add a more bohemian, colorful aspect to the decor. We wanted to make sure the white walls were filled with tons of artwork and that the furniture was cozy and inviting.

Tell me about your screening room’s before and after transformation.

Before the transformation, our screening room was filled with a mish mosh of Timmy and my various pieces of furniture from our previous dwellings! We had a very vibrant, Moroccan feeling couch, with a beige rug from his mother's old place in NYC, with a brown leather chair from his old apartment, etc. etc. We wanted to keep the room comfortable and inviting but needed to make the space a bit happier and vibrant! It is so gorgeous now. The chairs and couch are quite simple and chic, a bit more reflective of our lifestyle now.

What was your favorite part about working with Homepolish?

My favorite part is the hands-off approach I could take when working with Orlando at Homepolish. I gave him inspiration and told him briefly about my aesthetic and he just understood it. I had trust in him and that is priceless.

Of all of the changes and enhancements Orlando made, which is your favorite? Why?

My favorite is the gorgeous deep blue rug he selected and the gallery wall up the wall of the staircase. They just add such vibrancy! The rug makes it really homey and has a traditional aspect to it which we love and the gallery wall is just a show stopper! It's the perfect backdrop for our new screening room!
